Davison Township was founded in 1840. The 2000 census shows our population at 17,772. The township covers 36 square miles and has over 13,000 registered voters.
The first settlers to the area in the early 1800's would not recognize Davison Township today, though they would understand why people are still drawn to this community. It is for the very same reasons they settled here.
